Ladies Classes

Our ladies classes have a very relax atmosphere and talkative environment between them, although don’t mistake the workouts that still make you work for your results. We use functional movement with free weight and bands. These tools help us sculpt the bodies all ladies are looking for mainly, focusing on butt lifting, stomach toning and lower arm development. Although with the functional programming the ladies bodies develop as compound movement are mainly used.
