CKC Fitness is about the bonds that are created between people through experiences, wanting more out of life is just “get through the day”, and knowing that we have the ability to make that hour one of the best.

We hear all of the talks that people bring to our classes every day, to strive towards geting from "wanting" to "go get", looking in to control and what eating clean really brings in to our every day life.

A place where you can comfortably train in the same class with any level of athlete, person, teenagers, stay at home parents, obese people, adaptive people and grandparents.

Our diversity in abilities is what makes the whole thing work so well and what changes lives by changing perspective.

The needs of athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.”

Our Goals

What are your goals? Is it to lose body fat and look better naked? Is it to go on active holiday and perform better at your sport on Wednesday nights? Is it to compete in local competitions?

At CKC Fitness, we want to track towards your better way of life. We can do that by tailoring our programming through the aspects of training that we follow weightlifting, gymnastics, endurance & hard work.

These aspects are entirely used with the goal of the athlete in mind and has absolutely no ties to individual ability level. Whether you are a new athlete, or going on your 10th year of training, it is your individual goals that determine your track and not your abilities.

Our program is always evolving keeping fresh and allowing us to create the ideal training day for you, while keeping together what we know and love, our exciting group classes. We actually were doing this our selves, and now it’s just a little more formal.
