We hear all of the talks that people bring to our classes every day, to strive towards geting from "wanting" to "go get", looking in to control and what eating clean really brings in to our every day life.

These aspects are entirely used with the goal of the athlete in mind and has absolutely no ties to individual ability level. Whether you are a new athlete, or going on your 10th year of training, it is your individual goals that determine your track and not your abilities.
Our program is always evolving keeping fresh and allowing us to create the ideal training day for you, while keeping together what we know and love, our exciting group classes. We actually were doing this our selves, and now it’s just a little more formal.
Fitness is simply for all people looking to look better naked, lose body fat, maintain lean muscle-mass, and improve quality of life. Eager to learn and take on new and challenging movements and workouts.
Behind the magic of creating our workouts there is a sanity in the madness..
We create the “Workout of the Day”, using our 15 year experience in the field of training people and evolving with the times to bring a great experience. From there, we alter this workout just slightly for all people, purely based on the goals of the athlete. This is not separate programs – it’s simply variations of the “Workout of the Day” with your goals in mind.
